Our Environmental Science and Geology Camp is an overnight experience designed to introduce rising seniors (Class of 2027) and juniors (Class of 2028) to Juniata's Environmental Science and Geology Departments and residential field station at Raystown Lake.  Students will participate in a number of activities including a field trip to Lincoln Caverns, Raystown Lake, a hands-on lake module, and overnight stay at the Field Station! There is a non-refundable $50 registration fee.

Each student and their family/supporters will also participate in the First Look on Friday, June 26 and be introduced to Juniata's broader campus community, application and financial aid processes, and tour the Field Station.*

*Participants will be automatically registered for the corresponding First Look when registering for this program. 

Camp Schedule:
Friday, June 26
10:45 a.m.-2:40 p.m. - First Look
3:30-4:45 p.m. - Tour of Raystown Field Station
4:45 p.m. - Camp activities begin
5:00-6:00 p.m. - Dinner
6:00-7:30 p.m. - Raystown Lake Module
7:45-9:00 p.m. - Evening activities; Overnight at Raystown Field Station

Saturday, June 27
8:30 a.m. - Breakfast
10:00-11:30 a.m. - Lincoln Caverns Field Trip
12:00 p.m. - Student pick-up at Ellis Hall
