Phi Theta Kappa Direct Admission Scholarship Form

As a successful Phi Theta Kappa member, you qualify for direct admission to Juniata College and no separate application is needed. All PTK students receive a renewable merit scholarship and a $2,000 PTK Scholarship. 

By electronically submitting this form, you will receive more information from Juniata College on how to complete the enrollment process and receive a transfer evaluation. Please note, this offer of direct admission is non-binding.
