Art Scholarship Portfolio Review

Register to compete for an art scholarship! Scholarship winners will be awarded up to $5,000 a year while taking one art course a semester.

Important Requirements:

• Eligible candidates must be an admitted student entering Juniata during the Fall 2026 semester with an academic interest in Art & Design. 
• Portfolio reviews will be conducted in person between Monday, Nov. 3  – Friday, Dec. 12, 2025, and Monday, Feb 2 – Friday, Feb. 27, 2026.
• Students will be required to present a digital portfolio of 10 artworks.
  • All artworks will be uploaded as individual files.
  • If the artwork is a website you have designed, please submit up to 10 screenshots that highlight specific features of the site; links to websites will not be accepted.
  • If submitting film and/or animation files, they should be limited to 2-5 minutes per file. 
  • Please refer to our photography guidelines for tips on how to get the best results when photographing your artwork for your digital portfolio.

• Students must also complete a 500-word narrative explaining, "Why do you want to study Art?" This essay is due upon portfolio submission.
• Details related to portfolio material submission will be shared post-registration. 
• Scholarship awards are contingent upon recipient enrolling in one art course per semester (designated by AR or IMA course prefix).
